Sheila is in charge of the URIP program in Uganda. Holding a degree in social work and business administration, Sheila spent one year giving training courses in the private sector, notably on the themes of human resources, management and revenue generation. With six years of experience as a social worker, Sheila has maintained a passion for acting in support of those who are the most vulnerable, which has led her to join the Urban Refugees team as a program facilitator (trainer) for refugee-led organizations in Kampala.
