Meital Kupfer



Meital Kupfer is an international development professional currently working in the nexus of development and humanitarian crises. She specifically works in urban refugee livelihoods, cash transfers, and the economics of protracted refugee crises. Meital currently lives in Kampala, Uganda, and holds a Bachelor of Arts specialising in international development from the Elliott School of International Affairs at the George Washington University.
