Jessica Sallard



Jessica has joined the Urban Refugees team in July 2019 as the Head of Mission for our Uganda program. She has a legal background and a master’s degree in International Law from the Sorbonne Law School in Paris. Before joining the UR team, Jessica previously worked as a legal consultant for a UN agency in Sri Lanka and as an Advocacy and Policy officer for Humanity & Inclusion (the new name of Handicap International) in Uganda.
