Fanny joined URBAN REFUGEES in 2016 to develop the Incubation Program and launch its Pilot in Malaysia. Working at a worldwide consulting company for a few years, she acquired a deep knowledge of Project and Program Management, with a focus on assisting large organizations define their Digital Strategy. She also managed several pro-bono projects for Non-Profit Organizations, aiming at re integration into employment and helping them improve their internal capabilities. Working for Social Start Ups was an eye opening experience for Fanny which led her to fully dedicate herself to driving change. Fanny studied at the French Institute of Political Sciences of Bordeaux and holds a Masters in Business and Corporate Management. Growing up in French Guyana, she enjoys evolving in multicultural settings. She has worked on projects with teams from the USA, India, Korea, China, Argentina, and all of Europe. She currently lives in Paris and is an active member of Diversity network.
